15 Common Cancer Warning Signs Often Overlooked...

Dear Reader,

If you're a woman, chances are you spend lots of time taking care of other people. You wouldn't dream of having your children, a partner or parent miss a physical checkup or important medical test, but you don't hold your own health to that same standard, especially if you're younger. Younger women tend to ignore symptoms that might point to cancer, thinking that this disease is a problem for older people... not them, not in the prime of their lives.

Unfortunately, there are all too many younger people who do get cancer.

Denial is a powerful emotion, and some women are as skilled as men at ignoring troublesome symptoms they're afraid to face. Sometimes it's the belief that cancer is impossible to cure, so why bother? And while you certainly don't want to go the other way - worrying over every little ache and pain, you need to strike some type of balance between the two.

Here are 15 symptoms all women, younger ones too, should have checked out.

1. Unexplained weight loss is a delightful surprise, but more than 10 pounds in a month without a change in diet or upping the exercise should be brought to the attention of your doctor.

2. Bloating is one of the few visible symptoms of ovarian cancer, so don't just live with it. If you have it almost every day for more than a few weeks with or without pain in your abdomen or pelvic pain, feeling full quickly or having urinary problems, your doctor should hear about it.

3. Breast changes, beyond the lump we all fear, changes to watch for include redness and thickening of the skin or a rash that persists over a few weeks; both should be checked out. If the look of a nipple changes, or you see discharge your doctor needs to know.

4. Between period bleeding is ignored by premenopausal women, but if your cycle is regular this bleeding should be checked out. Bleeding after menopause also warrants a trip to the doctor. Go with what's normal for you, and report any change.

5. Skin changes, not just moles, but also changes in skin pigmentation or if you suddenly have bleeding on the skin or excessive scaling that lasts for several weeks, you should be checked by a doctor.

6. Trouble swallowing calls for a visit to the doctor, even though you may have changed to easier foods to chew and swallow, this feeling can also be a sign of something more serious.

7. Blood in the wrong place, so if you see blood in your urine or stool don't assume it's a hemorrhoid. Coughing up blood is also a symptom that should be taken to the doctor right away.

8. Gnawing stomach pain and depression together call for a checkup.

I've read the whole thing (all 150 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally and permanently eliminate your yeast infection without drugs, creams or any kind of gimmicks. 9. Indigestion for no reason can be a red flag, a warning of trouble that you shouldn't ignore.

10. Mouth changes such as white patches in the mouth or white spots on the tongue should not be ignored.

11. Pain that sticks around, that is not explained by a muscle pull or another injury needs to be checked.

12. Changes in the lymph nodes such as a lump or swelling in the nodes under your armpit or in your neck (or in any area of the body) that lasts a month or longer should be checked out by your doctor.

13. Fever not caused by the flu or another infection should be checked by a doctor, especially if accompanied by jaundice or a change in the color of your stool.

14. Fatigue is a vague symptom but one that should be checked, especially if it persists and appears to have no other cause, such as late nights or constant stress.

15. Persistent cough that isn't part of a cold, the flu or allergies; but that lasts more than three or four weeks shouldn't be ignored.

To your good health,
