Dear Reader
A new study appearing online in the Archives of Dermatology
finds that vigorous exercise (running or aerobics, for
instance) may help cut the risk of the skin condition
psoriasis. The findings are drawn from subjects (all
women) taking part in the longstanding Nurses' Health
Study. Earlier work has shown that men could also reduce
the chance of this skin condition with some vigorous
workouts.
